Shopping Online:

As an online-only store, we carefully present each scarf to help you shop with confidence. Detailed product photos, close-up images, model shots, descriptions, and customer reviews are provided to give you the clearest possible view of every piece.

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting and differences in screen settings between devices. We take great care to ensure every scarf is represented as accurately as possible, with colors that closely reflect their real-life appearance.

Shipping:

We deliver orders across all of Egypt. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, excluding official holidays.

Orders shipped outside Cairo and Giza may require a slightly longer delivery time.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that you inspect your order before making payment while the courier is present. At that time, you can decide whether to accept the order or return it immediately.

If you choose not to accept your order, you will only be charged the delivery fee.

Please note that this is the only opportunity to request a return or exchange, as we are committed to ensuring every item reaches its new owner in perfect condition.
