Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that you inspect your order before making payment while the courier is present. At that time, you can decide whether to accept the order or return it immediately.

For orders containing more than one item, we kindly ask that you either accept the entire order or refuse the entire order while the courier is waiting. Partial acceptance or returning individual items from the same order is not available.

If you choose not to accept your order, you will only be charged the delivery fee.

Please note that this is the only opportunity to request a return or exchange, as we are committed to ensuring every item reaches its new owner in perfect condition.
